    That is a good piece. As I get into retirement, I hope to pick up a little better camera and get a few more pix. I've been into photography since I was little, developing B&W prints in my Dad's darkroom. In those days, we "photoshopped" by dodging, if anyone remembers how to do that...

    (Got to say, when I saw the thread title I though it was going to be about shooting photos while taking a giant whipper...I haven't seen too many of those; there should be a special section for that in any photo contest.)

    Right on TCD. I really enjoyed it as well. I like seeing the shot then try to capture it as my mind envisions with the camera. Christian's write up is nice on many levels. As for the title, that funny man. But the "On the Fly" technique sure applies to most of us.
