    Low-rent fitness

I recently hung my pull-up bar from a single line lashed around the middle. It adds a stability element to the pullup that makes them quite a bit more difficult and (I am hoping) more effective. Thinking even about using a bit of old climbing rope to make it dynamic, but I haven't taken that step yet.

Any other good low-rent fitness ideas out there? I know y'all are a bunch of creative maker-types so I thought I'd float it.

    Sorry, no picture.

Instead of doing chin ups with my tools on the pull up bar I'll drap two towels over the bar, much more burn for the forearms. For cardiovascular, chasing down a few sheep.......

The prices that are been charged also depends upon the tools that are we using.
