    Out of control psychage

Rachel and I are out of control psyched for this ice season. This summer (AKA the off-season), we moved to Keene, which was probably the single best decision we've ever made. It's already proven to be one of the nicest and most tight-knit communities anywhere. Love it.

Less than one month until the climbing of verglass while dragging a rope begins; The season of "climbable, but not protectable." Is it still soloing if you hope to get pro in, but end up placing none?

Hopes & what one thinks a climb may be like or yield, fall away during. Then what happens and the effect we get come.

Oh yeah, I forgot there's one in NH. Yes, ours is Keene, NY, ground-zero for all things awesome and vertical.

Well said, Alfonzo. I absolutely love the complete immersion that comes with a hard climb - that feeling afterwards that it could have been five minutes or five hours and not knowing (or caring) which. I get that a lot more on ice than I do on rock.
