Did we or did we not have a thread that Jacques started on graphing limits?
WHERE DID IT GO? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Or was this all a dream... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I was responsible.

It is dead.

Move along, nothing to see here. Move along.

I appreciate.

By the way, if you have time this summer, try to find two books. One is from Herzog, one of the sumiter of the Makalu, the first 8000 m climbed, and the other from four american who try to climb the Everest before Hillary (I think 1952, when the fronter was closed).

Those books have two ethics: one is competition for the first summit over 8 thousand meters, and the other is an adventure. The climbers loose more then fifty pounds.

Have fun.

Thank you! Will do! Did I mention I wrote a novel (seeking publication) about climbing-- covering fear, guiding, stupidity, etc?! If I ever get it in print I'll let you know and you'll really be able to tell where I weigh in on climbing issues! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Think you'd be pleased, Jacques! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
Hope you have a great summer---- do you rock climb, too?

As the Cosa Nostra always says, "bury them in a national park or forest, no worries of them being dug up for construction." /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Gidget, that was before Bush, now I'd say that National forests and Parks are not so certain to be safe from developers, oilmen, and any other form of business. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
